Four games survived the wintry conditions on Saturday which we hope is not the forerunner of what is to come weatherwise. We have a limited number of games across the Four Divisions on Saturday 17th due to a number of teams opting to have a free Date which will see us return to full activities on Saturday 7th January 2023

INTERMEDIATE
LEAGUE
COOKSTOWN YOUTH 4 - 1 DESERTMARTIN
The Youth went in front after Abel Ferreira scored on the 4th minute and held this lead at half-time. Lee Glasgow scored a second goal for the Youth on the 47th minute then goals scored by Philip Caulfield on the 68th minute and Lee Glasgow on the 75th minute sealed the win.

DIV ONE

St JAMES SWIFTS RES 1 - 3 RATHCOOLE
Rathcoole went n front after David Moore scored on the 9th minute then followed it up with his second goal scored on the 41st minute. Time was then running down when Aaron McCarey scored on the 83rd minute for Rathcoole and Deaglen McCready scored for St James on the 88th minute.

DIV TWO

GREENCASTLE ROVERS II 5 - 0 BALLYNURE OB ‘B’
The Rovers went in front after Paul McAdorey scored on the 2nd minute followed by Christopher McCauley scoring for the Rovers on the 13th minute. Michael Smyth made it three nil from the penalty spot on the 19th minute followed by Number four scored by Caolan McMullan on the 30th minute. Only One goal was scored in the second half by Christopher Fitsimmons on the 80th minute for the Rovers.

NEWINGTON RANGERS 14 - 0 SOUTHSIDE
The Rangers led by six goals scored by Lindsay Carroll 5 and Gareth Hasting 1. The second half saw another Eight goals scored by Lindsay Carroll 2, Callum McConnell 2, Jordan Withers 2 and Gareth Hastings 1.
